A maximum speed limit of thirty-five (35) miles per hour for all motor vehicles of
any kind or nature is hereby fixed for that certain parish road located in Sections
1 and 12 of Township 22 North, Range 11 West and in Sections 6 and 7 of Township 22 North, Range 10 West, Webster Parish, Louisiana, known locally as the Frazier Road;
said speed limit to be effective on said road from its intersection with State Route
No. 7 on the section line between Sections 1 and 12, Township 22 North, Range 11 West to its intersection with Parish Road No. 8, ward two (2), which
intersection is approximately one and one-half (1½) miles from the point of beginning
