§ 16-204. Funding and management.

Funding and management of the enhanced emergency 911 service shall be provided pursuant to the applicable provisions of said Title 33, Chapter 31, of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, and the board of commissioners of the communications district shall make recommendations to the Webster Parish Police Jury relating to the same, including a recommendation on levying a telephone service charge to secure such funding.
