The governance of said Webster Water Management District shall be a board of representative
individuals from all geographic sections of Webster Parish, hence forth known as the
Webster Water Advisory Board. The Webster Water Advisory Board shall be selected and
approved by the Webster Parish Police Jury, said governing authority for Webster Parish,
Louisiana.
The Webster Water Advisory Board created by the authority of the Webster Parish Police
Jury shall constitute a body corporate, with all of the rights and powers provided
for.
The water advisory board will conduct its meetings with a quorum of members present
at a time and place stated and with proper acknowledgment of the membership and in
compliance with the Charter as established and approved by the Webster Parish Police
Jury.
