§ 16-86. Appointment and initial meeting of commissioners.

The following named three (3) persons are appointed as the first three (3) commissioners of the district, namely, Mr. I. W. Curtis, Mr. T. R. Yates and Mr. W. H. Paul, and that they along with the two (2) commissioners to be appointed by the Honorable Robert F. Kennon, Governor of the State of Louisiana, shall meet the first time at the Sibley High School in Sibley, Louisiana, at 8:00 p.m., not less than sixty (60) days from the date of this [division].
