The Sibley Waterworks District is hereby formed and created, as a body corporate in
law, with all the powers of a corporation, and all powers necessary for it to carry
out the objects for which it is created, all in accordance with the provisions of
the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended, Title 33, Sections 3811 through
3821, with its corporate domicile being designated herein as Sibley, Louisiana, and
that said district shall comprise the following described land, to wit:
Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35 of Township 18 North, Range 9 West, and
Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Township 17 North, Range 9 West.
