§ 16-79. Appointment and initial meeting of commissioners.

The following named three (3) persons are appointed as three (3) commissioners of this district, namely, Ray M. Waddy, W. C. Coyle and John W. Hearn, and that they along with the two (2) commissioners to be appointed by the Honorable Earl K. Long, Governor of the State of Louisiana, shall meet for the first time at Sarepta High School in Sarepta, Louisiana at 7:00 p.m., September 30, 1958, not less than sixty (60) days from the date of this [division].
