§ 16-78. Created; name; boundaries; domicile.

The Sarepta Waterworks District is hereby formed and created as a body corporate in law, with all the powers of a corporation, and all powers necessary for it to carry out the objects for which it is created, all in accordance with the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended, Title 33, Sections 3811 through 3821, with its corporate domicile being designated as Sarepta, Webster Parish, Louisiana, and that said district shall comprise the following described lands located in Webster Parish, Louisiana, to wit:

South half of southeast quarter (S½ of SE¼) of Section 12, Township 22 North, Range 11 West; east half and south half of southwest quarter (E½ and S½ of SW¼) of Section 13, Township 22 North, Range 11 West; southeast quarter of southeast quarter (SE¼ of SE¼) of Section 14, Township 22 North, Range 11 west; north half of northwest quarter (N½ of NW¼); southeast quarter of northwest quarter (SE¼ of NW¼); northeast quarter (NE¼), and northeast quarter of southeast quarter (NE¼ of SE¼), and in Section 24, Township 22 North, Range 11 west; southwest quarter of northwest quarter (SW¼ of NW¼) and northwest quarter of southwest quarter (NW¼ of SW¼), all in Section 18, Township 22 North, Range 10 West.
