§ 16-17. Same—Domicile, governing authority, seal.

The domicile of said Road District A shall be in the City of Minden, Louisiana, and the governing authority thereof shall be the police jury of Webster Parish, Louisiana, and the corporate seal of the police jury is hereby adopted as the corporate seal of said Road District A.
