§ 15-1. Regulations for laying of oil, gas and waterlines across, under and alongside roads.

(a)

All persons, companies and/or corporations, in the business of laying oil, gas and/or waterlines under and across and alongside parish roads shall bury said line or lines eighteen (18) inches below the bottom of the ditch.

(b)

All oil, gas and/or waterlines running parallel to parish roads shall be buried on the outer edge of the outside ditch line.
