§ 14-52. Authority of applicants to form board.

Each [of the three persons] being a duly qualified elector of the Parish of Webster, Louisiana, who have filed the aforesaid application with this police jury, are hereby specifically authorized to proceed to form an industrial development board as a non-profit corporation, to be known as the "Industrial Development Board of the Parish of Webster, Louisiana, Inc." hereinafter sometimes called the "development board"), pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Act and Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
