§ 14-51. Determination of formation; approval of application.

It is hereby found and determined that it is wise, expedient, necessary and advisable that the industrial development board be formed pursuant to, and in furtherance of, the objectives and provisions of Chapter 7, Title 51 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, as amended by Act 103 of the regular session of the legislature of Louisiana for 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and that the written application of the electors seeking permission to incorporate such development board be and the same is hereby approved.
