§ 14-6. Same—To act as zoning commission.

The [planning] commission shall serve as a zoning commission, and when acting as such, it shall hold separate meetings with separate minutes and records. When acting as the zoning commission, it shall exercise all of the powers and duties conferred by R.S. 33:4721 through R.S. 33:4729.
