§ 12-3. Users of library property required to execute agreement to return property.

  • (a)

    The Webster Parish Police Jury hereby implements a form agreement to be executed by all persons who use books, equipment and other property of the Webster Parish Library Board of Control to require that such persons agree contractually to pay the fair market value of any property which any person or his or her dependent shall fail to return to the Webster Parish Library Board of Control plus the agreement by said user to pay all reasonable attorney's fees and court cost incurred by the Webster Parish Police Jury in the enforcement of its rights contained in the agreement.

    (b)

    The exact language and the procedure for such civil actions shall be in accordance with the provisions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
