§ 11-3. Penalty for violation of sections 11-1 and 11-2.

The violation of any of [the provisions of sections 11-1 and 11-2] shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days or both at the discretion of the court.
