§ 11-1. Lake Bistineau Preserve—Skiing on holidays prohibited.

  • On each Saturday and Sunday and on national Memorial Day (May 30th), Independence Day (July 4th) and Labor Day (the first Monday in September) during the months of May, June, July, August and September of each year water skiing on the waters of the Lake Bistineau State Game and Fish Preserve shall be limited to the hours between 12:00 noon and sundown and to the following areas: The channel of Lake Bistineau as presently marked, Clark's Bayou, Gregg Lake and Catfish Pond.
