§ 9-22. Vandalizing trash containers; penalty.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person to set fire to or vandalize in any manner, trash and refuse containers owned and maintained by the Webster Parish Police Jury.

(b)

Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof by a court, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both, for each offense.
