§ 6-61. Penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of this [article] shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) or more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days or both for each offense.
