§ 6-39. Penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation permitting any animals or fowls [listed in section 6-33] to run at large in [the] Parish of Webster shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisoned not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both, within the discretion of the court.
