§ 4-59. Delinquency penalty.

Should any retail dealer or wholesale dealer fail to file his application for renewal of the permit for any ensuing year on or before the first day of November of each year, a penalty shall be imposed of twenty-five (25) per cent of the amount due for the permit applied for. If the application for the renewal of a permit is not filed until, on or after January 1 of the year for which the permit is required, the application may be denied without notice or hearing and the applicant's right to do business suspended.
