§ 4-30. Prohibition of sale.

  • The sale or possessing for sale of alcoholic beverages is hereby prohibited in that portion of ward two of Webster Parish, as is now constituted lying east of Dorcheat Bayou, which formerly constituted the old ward one of Webster Parish, more particularly described as follows: Begin at a point on the Louisiana-Arkansas state line at the center of Dorcheat Bayou, and run east along the Louisiana-Arkansas state line to the eastern boundary of Webster Parish, Louisiana; thence run south along the eastern boundary of Webster Parish, Louisiana, to a point where the township line between Townships 20 and 21 intersects with the eastern boundary of Webster Parish; thence run west along said township line between Townships 20 and 21 to the center of Bayou Dorcheat; thence run north along the center of Bayou Dorcheat to the Louisiana-Arkansas state line to the point of beginning, outside municipalities.
