§ 4-14. Definition.

  • The words "alcoholic and intoxicating liquors" as used in this [article] shall be deemed to include the following: Any beer, porter ale, fruit juices, wine, malt, vinous, spirituous, or other alcoholic liquors of an alcoholic content of more than one-half of one per cent (0.5%) by volume.
