§ 3-37. Appeals to district court.

Latest version.

Any person aggrieved, or taxpayer affected, by any decision of the board of appeals or any officer, department, board or bureau of the police jury for the Parish of Webster, may appeal to the District Court in Webster Parish as provided in Title 2, Section 387, Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
