§ 3-34. Conditions for granting permit or variance.

  • Any permit or variance granted under section [3-32] or [3-33] may, if such action is deemed advisable to effectuate the purposes of this [division] and reasonable in the circumstances, be conditioned [so] as to require the owner of the structure or tree in question to permit the police jury, at its own expense, to install, operate and maintain thereon such markers and lights as may be necessary to indicate to flyers the presence of an airport hazard.
