§ 3-30. Use restrictions.

No use may be made of any land within any of the aforesaid zones which tends to create electrical interference with radio communications between the airport and aircraft, to make it difficult for flyers to distinguish between airport lights and others, to create glare on eyes of flyers using the airport, to impair visibility in the vicinity of the airport, or to otherwise endanger the landing, taking off or maneuvering of aircraft.
