§ 2-33. Social security—Coverage of deputy assessor.

The Public Employees' Board of the State of Louisiana is hereby requested to modify the social security agreement executed by and between this jury and said public employees' board on December 10, 1952, so as to extend old-age and survivors insurance coverage to all deputies of the assessor's office of Webster Parish who are ineligible for membership in the Assessor's Pension and Relief Fund.

Said modification shall become effective as of January 1, 1972.

A copy of this resolution shall be sent to the director of the Public Employees' Board, and to the tax assessor of Webster Parish.
