§ 2-31. Mandatory retirement age.

The action taken by the Webster Parish Police Jury on February 2, 1954, as recorded in Minute Book 5, Page 436, pertaining to retirement for parish employees be amended to read as follows:

"Webster Parish Police Jury employees, including all departments, shall be required to retire on his or her sixty-fifth birthday, which is the normal age for retirement."
