§ 22-6. Fees.

(a)

Sexually oriented business license. The initial license and annual renewal fees for sexually oriented business licenses shall be as follows:

Type I License ..... $1,000.00

Adult cabaret

Adult motel

Adult motion picture adult theater

Escort agency

Exotic dance service

Massage center

Type II License ..... 100.00

Adult arcade

Adult bookstore

Adult novelty

Adult video store,

Semi-nude modeling studio

Other sexually oriented businesses

Type III License ..... 100.00

Dual purpose business

(b)

Sexually oriented business employee card. The fee for the application for issuance or renewal of a sexually oriented business employee card shall be twenty dollars ($20.00). The fee is nonrefundable. There is no additional fee or charge upon issuance of the card after the completion of the application or renewal process.
