§ 20-39. Provision of sewerage systems; general requirement.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, every person who owns, operates or manages any occupied premises, public or private, where people live, work, or congregate, shall provide for sewage disposal in compliance with this article.
