§ 20-28. Installation of septic tanks—Approval, specifications.

Outside of legally incorporated cities, towns and villages of Webster Parish, the capacity and design of all septic tanks shall be approved by the Webster Parish Health Unit. The tank must have a capacity of less than five hundred (500) gallons liquid measure, and a liquid depth of not less than thirty (30) inches and shall be of water-tight construction of either reinforced concrete or other material not subject to corrosion or decay.
