§ 20-3. Claiborne Electric Cooperative, Inc.; easement over penal farm.

Whereas, the Claiborne Electric Cooperative, Inc., is constructing a line in Webster Parish to serve the gravel pit of Gilmer and Gilmer, which line will pass over some of the property of the parish penal farm; and

Whereas, it is the opinion of the parish police jury that this line is necessary and will be for the general use to the people of Webster Parish and for the general welfare of Webster Parish:

Therefore, be it resolved, that the parish police jury grant to the Claiborne Electric Cooperative, Inc., a right-of-way easement on the form which has been submitted to the police jury, and which is attached hereto;

Be it further resolved, that the president of the parish police jury be and is hereby authorized to execute said easement for and on behalf of the parish police jury.
