§ 19-22. Notice to correct violations; revocation.

If, upon an inspection as provided in section [19-6] hereof, the officer or officers of the parish and/or state board of health or both should find that the provisions of this [chapter are] not being complied with, he or they shall give the owner or operator of said camp written notice to correct said condition within three (3) days, and upon failure to correct said condition, the permit for the operation of said camp shall be revoked.
