§ 19-19. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conduct, operate or permit to be operated or conducted on his premises any trailer camp outside the limit of any incorporated municipality of the Parish of Webster, without first obtaining from the parish board of health of the Parish of Webster a permit to conduct or operate such trailer camp.
