Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this [chapter], or any
one of them, shall, upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction be
fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), and not more than one hundred dollars
($100.00), or imprisonment of not less than ten (10) days or more than thirty (30)
days, or both fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court.
