§ 17-48. Penalty.

Whosoever shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), and by imprisonment not exceeding thirty (30) days or both.
