§ 17-35.1. Collection of tax.

The video poker annual occupational license tax hereby levied shall be collected by the parish secretary-treasurer and shall be due and payable on the 1st day of October of each year and shall become delinquent if not paid within sixty (60) days therefrom. If not paid before becoming delinquent, the license shall bear a five (5) percent penalty per month on the amount due under this division until paid, such license tax and penalty to be collected by the parish secretary-treasurer according to law.
