Each company, society, association, corporation, firm or individual issuing contracts
referred to in this [division], shall before the first day of March of each year,
render to the tax collector of the Parish of Webster, a report signed by the president
and its secretary or if a foreign corporation, by its United States resident manager
or other official in charge of its affairs in the United States which shall certify
to the amount of gross premiums or risks located in the Parish of Webster for the
preceding year as provided for in Act No. 7 of the Legislature of the State of Louisiana
for the year 1932, as amended.
