§ 17-3. Collection, disposition.

Said tax shall be collected by the sheriff and ex officio tax collector of Webster Parish, Louisiana in the same manner and at the same time as other taxes of the parish and when so called shall be submitted to the department of government having jurisdiction of practice of forestry, for deposit in the state forestry fund.
