§ 16-132. Repealer, severability.

Now, therefore, be it resolved that this district having been created by the police jury, all resolutions that are in conflict with this resolution are hereby expressly repealed. If any part of this resolution is declared unconstitutional, the balance of said resolution shall be valid.
