§ 16-101. South Webster Parish Hospital Service District—Created, boundaries, domicile.

The police jury of Webster Parish does hereby create and form a Hospital Service District to be known as "South Webster Parish Hospital Service District" comprising the present Ward One (1) of Webster Parish, that is, all that portion of Webster Parish lying south of Township Line 20 North of the Louisiana Base Line, with all powers, privileges and responsibilities afforded by the law of Louisiana and particularly Chapter 10 of Title 46 of the Revised Statutes of Louisiana, the domicile of which shall be in Minden, Louisiana.
