§ 16-95. Appointment and initial meeting of commissioners domicile.

In accordance with the provisions of Sections 3812 and 3813 of Title 33 of the Louisiana
Revised Statutes of 1950 (R.S. 33:3812 and 33:3813), David M. Beaird, Eugene Tatro,
Betty Griffith, Dick Knotts, Pauline Casey and Bertis Rayburn be and they are hereby
appointed as waterworks commissioners of said waterworks district, each of the said
individuals hereby appointed being residents of said waterworks district and assessed
with not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) worth of real estate in the said
district, as shown by the assessment roll of the Parish of Webster for the year 1984,
same being the last assessment roll completed, filed and of record at this time.
The domicile of said waterworks district be and the same is hereby designated as Doyline
Village Hall, Doyline, Louisiana, which domicile is within the corporate limits of
said waterworks district, and that the commissioners shall meet at Doyline Village
Hall, Doyline, Louisiana, on March 6, 1984, at 6:00 p.m., and shall then and there
proceed to organize in accordance with the provisions of said Chapter 8 of Title 33
of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.
