§ 16-93. Created; boundaries.

Under and by virtue of the authority conferred by Chapter 8 of Title 33 of the Louisiana Revised Statues of 1950, a waterworks district be and the same is hereby created within the Parish of Webster, State of Louisiana, which waterworks district shall comprise and embrace all that territory within the following described boundaries, to wit:

A portion of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 10 West, Webster Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:

All of said Section 20 lying south of the north right-of-way of the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad;

and a portion of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West, Webster Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the west line of said Section 21 with the north right-of-way of the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad run northeasterly along said north right-of-way line to the east line of the west one-half of the southeast quarter of northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West; thence south along said east line to the south line of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West; thence west along said south line to the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West; thence south to the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West; thence west to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West; thence south along the east line of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West a distance of 1000 feet; thence west a distance of 815.60 feet to the center line of Louisiana State Highway No. 165; thence southeasterly along said center line to the south line of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West; thence west to the southwest corner of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 10 West; thence north to the point of beginning;

and a portion of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 10 West, Webster Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as follows:

The west one-half of the west one-half of said Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 10 West;

and all of Section 29, Township 18 North, Range 10 West, Webster Parish, Louisiana.
