§ 15-42. Motor vehicle registration.

No person shall drive or operate a commercial motor vehicle whose origin or destination is a high volume heavy load location upon Webster Parish roadways unless it is properly registered in accordance with the State of Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicle guidelines.
