§ 15-38. Operator licenses.

No person shall drive or operate any commercial motor vehicle whose origin or destination is a high volume heavy load location upon any roadway within Webster Parish unless they have been issued the proper class CDL or chauffeur's license for the vehicle driven required by the laws of this state. No company/person may allow any person to drive or operate any commercial motor vehicle owned or controlled by them upon the roadways of Webster Parish, unless or until such person has been issued the proper class CDL or chauffeur's license to do so as required by the laws of this state.
