§ 14-37. When article shall be effective, etc.

This [article] shall be effective in and for the regional planning area described above upon adoption of this and other identical ordinances by the governing authority of adjacent parishes. As and when this [article] becomes effective, it shall be filed, together with its accompanying map and copies of the other identical ordinances adopted by governing authorities, in the official offices of the member units of government.
