§ 14-23. Appointment of inspection agent for subdivisions.

The Webster Parish police jury does hereby appoint the Minden City engineer, as defined in the Subdivision Regulations [of the Minden Planning Region], and without compensation, as its inspecting agent in all subdivisions located outside the limits of the municipality of Minden, Louisiana.
